A Journey in Kurdish Through English Literature

Event Purpose

This seminar follows a journey through English literature, based on a book written by Mr. Zamo Ali Omer from CIEP department. It looks at how English texts feel and change when they are approached through Kurdish language, memory, and experience. Instead of treating English literature as distant or foreign, the seminar sees reading as a shared space between cultures, where one language speaks through another and literature becomes a bridge between histories and ways of understanding the world.
